I have more than 15 years of experience preparing mushroom risotto. Not kidding! My husband always loved it, but it wasn’t until I used these porcini mushrooms that it became truly amazing!

I frequently use these mushrooms! Fresh ones go bad very quickly, and they are almost impossible to find. Some of these dried mushrooms I break up and add to roasts and stews. Good, strong flavor.
