Golden Teacher is what I started with (50mg 3x per week), it was such smooth introduction into mushrooms for me! I would take them before working on a work project, I found they really helped me zone in and get things done that I usually find very distracting! I stopped taking golden teacher for a month or two and I can definitely tell the difference, thats why im going back on it. I had been trying Blue Meanies and Amazonian as of lately but I think Golden Teacher is what I need at the moment. I remember when I first started microdosing with golden teacher, my anxiety was DRAMATICALLY decreased, I barely had anxiety at that point. I remember telling my friend I felt more creatively motivated and my mood was better. Most importantly, I felt much more in tune with myself, more conscience of my behaviors and purpose behind my actions. I guess you could say introspective. This stuff is backed up with science and it worked in ways placebo could have never imagined. Wishing you all the best in your journey!

I have been using Golden Teacher consistently since my first order in February (5 days on 2 off). Wow! What to say. Hard to describe the impact which feels huge but in such a subtle way. The best way I can describe my experience is that it has created space where it felt like there wasn’t any before to go deeper and be present for what is. My mood is elevated and it feels seamless. Golden Teacher was my very first order (1oz) and I started feeling a subtle change just after a couple weeks of using it every 3 days. It made me feel more calm and in tune with my emotions. I loved it so much that I made a second order just a few weeks later to try more of their products and I am so pleased with the result.

I have been using Golden Teacher for 1 month now, using the 100mg 5days on 2 days off.
